Atlanta, March 10, 2010 - Ahorro Corporación, an organization specializing in providing consulting and investment services to institutional customers and private investors for over 30 years, has entrusted 
with improving its reporting, document generation and distribution processes.
The increasing demands of its clients, the boom in business that the group has experienced in recent years, and the need to open new communication channels with its users, have obligated Ahorro Corporación to make some changes to its technological infrastructure.
The financial services group used an iSeries platform for their reporting processs, generation of invoices, and reports and contracts for its customers, which consumed a lot of host resources and was very costly. Thanks to the Docs on Demand solution, Ahorro Corporación can now perform these processes on a Linux server, which greatly relieves the load on its iSeries machine and reduces the costs associated with document generation.
Docs on Demand is a modular solution comprised of a forms designer and a production engine that merges the forms with existing business data to produce professionally finished documents. The solution also generates PDF documents that can be automatically uploaded to the Web, distributed to different printers, faxed and emailed.
The solution, which was put into production last year as part of the reporting process, was implemented in just one week, since all software is based on standard applications, which easily integrates with any organization’s existing business applications. And since software is also modular, it can easily be expanded as business grows.
