Design Your Professional Looking Documents?

Design Documents and Forms
Do you need an intuitive and state-of-the-art designer tool for your documents and forms and want to easily map your input data to variable data fields?

The DocPath-Reg Designer is a professional design tool for creating high quality documents and forms.

Together with the DocPath-Reg Data Processor Definer, you can seamlessly map, even the most complex input data or existing print output, to the document design.

DocPath-Reg Extended Functions Forms Repository is the ideal complement for flexible form design and control management for large corporations.

DocPath-Reg Designer

Functional rich editor and designer for creating documents and web forms:
  • Let the data input stream drive the layout of the final output of your documents. Documents are dynamically generated based on conditional event logic.
  • Generate the same document in different languages, reusing layout and conditional logic.
  • No need to print while designing. The integrated Simulator allows you to pre-visualize the final document.
  • Simultaneous views of several documents and/or multiple views of the same document.
  • Document compression for more agile and fast distribution.
  • Let the text smoothly flow into balanced columns.
  • Supports all popular field types, dynamically included images, progress bars and line, bar, column, and pie charts (2D and 3D)
  • Create your document once, and make it available as Web form instantly. See DocPath-Reg WebDocs Filler for more details.

Document Designer

DocPath-Reg Designer Document Design Environment:

  • On the left hand side you can see the visual, state of the art, document design environment.
  • Within the left panel highly professional document design is easily accomplished.
  • Static and dynamic data gets the corresponding placementand layout assigned.
  • Any calculations, sub-totals, totals, etc., are easily defined.
  • In the left panel (partially visible) the Event logic is defined. Based on the data input specific operations can be performed. I.e. subsections are included in the final document, or may be omitted.

Simulator Document output

Final DocPath-Reg Generated Output of the Purchase Order Document

  • This is the upper part of the generated Purchase Order.
  • In this case we use the build-in Simulator to preview the document, prior to printing, for final sign-off.
  • As you may appreciate, the final result is very similar to the design.
  • Now field placeholders have been substituted with business data and, at the top-right corner, the Invoice Bar Code has been dynamically generated.

DocPath-Reg Data Processor Definer

The DocPath-Reg Data Processor Definer is a powerful, intuitive graphic interface that allows you to define and visualize how existing legacy data files or print output files are converted to a DocPath supported format.

Based on this new, tagged, file you will be able to merge your legacy data with the new design, created for this document with the DocPath-Reg Data Processor Definer, and generate high quality print, PDF or other DocPath® supported output formats.

A simulator allows users to visualize the resultant tag mode file and see the definitions in the data file such as: document and section separating lines, rulers (that facilitate calculating dimension definitions), etc.

Supported Input Formats:

  • Plain Text
  • SAP-RDI
  • Tag Mode
  • FCFC
  • XML

  • This could be an output from a check account statement of you legacy system.
  • The document printout has no design formatting applied.
  • It consists of differnt blocks, like title, address,...
  • We can also see a list of statements with its corresponding header row.

Processing of Data Processor Definer data structure

The DocPath-Reg Data Processor Definer Process
