Designer, the 'core' of any Document Print and Output Management solution. Controller, along with other related components, merges business application data with forms created with Designer. It is capable of not only generating different output formats (PCL, PostScript, AFP, Labels, PDF, PDF/A, XML, RTF, Excel, etc.) but also directing them to different outputs (printing, viewing, email and fax, database storage, etc.).
Because this Document and Print Output Management software supports multiple platforms, your investment will be protected if you are faced with the need to change operating systems. All previous design and development done on your old operating system will still be valid on the new platform.
Because of its flexibility, Controller can be installed in centralized or distributed environments, offering an efficient printing option for remote users and batch processing, plus Web environments for real-time document generation and viewing, where it is also possible to electronically sign the documents.
For mass production operations, the Controller's sophisticated software also provides post-processing functions like classification, grouping, page-range printing, envelope marking, etc.
