The
Controller is the “heart” of any solution. The powerful
document generator and administrator which, by employing its different associated
modules, has the capacity of not only generating a
wide variety of
output formats (PCL,
PostScript, PDF, QMF, RTF, AFPDS, HTML, etc.) but to also direct those outputs to
a wide
variety of output devices: print, visualization, fax, email,
database storage, etc.
It is important to note the diversity of supported input data formats.
Either directly or with pre-processing, the Controller
supports the following input formats:
- Line Mode
- Plain Text
- Plain Text FCFC
- Record Mode
- SAP RDI
- Tag Mode
- XML Mode
Additional formats are supported with dedicated pre-processors.
Another important advantage the
Controller offers is the ability to generate QMF
format output, which is designed to offer pre-visualization and efficient printing
options for remote users.
All users, including SAP users, can benefit from a simple but powerful integration
which provides diverse functions that optimize the design, generation, distribution
and presentation of documents.
