1. Documents are scanned, digitalized and indexed with Capture.
2. Digital documents are stored and indexed in the database.

1. User requests document trough the DocRetrieval from a browser.
2. The Web server passes the request to the DocRetrieval Manager.
3. After retrieval from the database,the document is presented to the user for printing, email and/or fax delivery, etc.

Scan your documents on any user workstation and store them on a central server for later retrieval via a Web browser. Files can be stored in a database or directory.

Complete the loop with the Archiving and Retrieval Module. Easily retrieve your documents from a web browser.
