Print Scheduler supports scheduled printing of previously generated documents stored
in a database.
It is used to optimize printing resources and print documents when they are
desired and not necessarily at the time the documents are created.
Documents can be stored with a scheduled print time that indicates to the Print
Scheduler when it should retrieve the document and send it to the specified printer.
