- Faster local processing.
- Less loading on communication lines.
The compensation for using multiple licenses, with their corresponding additional cost, was a very competitive price.
Among factors that moved the balance of the decision process in favor of DocPath were principally two:
- Design ease – other solutions offered similar design functionalities but the DocPath solution was more intuitive and efficient.

Pre-printed documents have been completely eliminated along with a series of associated costs that go with them such as purchase and storage costs, erroneous printing costs, and the cost of changing pre-printed documents.
